RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their insurance needs.
- Provide information on a variety of insurance products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Follow up on leads to close sales and grow client base.
- Educate clients about insurance coverage and risk management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and product offerings.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a state insurance license within 2 weeks if not already licensed.
- Insurance licenses
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
